Our names are Kate and Kylie and we are personal trainers. We both currently run collegiately at Arizona State University on the cross country and track teams. We started K&K Training to empower athletes of all ages and skill levels to achieve their athletic ambitions. From strength training and personalized running plans to insightful college recruiting advice and youth sports camps, K&K Training provides a comprehensive approach to athletic development. Below are the services we offer.
Are you an athlete, former athlete, or want to train like an athlete? Fill out our Google Form and we will curate a strength training program that is tailored to your individual goals. We will include proper warmups, lifting programs, and more!
Have a race coming up or want to start running and not sure where to start? Fill out our Google Form and we will write you an individualized training plan with nutrition advice and routine check-ins. We will include a proper warmup, running workouts, and more!
During school breaks, we host youth sports camps for children aged 3-10 years old. We focus on speed and agility training, while also teaching the importance of sportsmanship, leadership, and teamwork through relay races, obstacle courses, and games. Sign up for our email list to learn more!
